Economy's fine. Failure is corporate greed & not Biden. Sinema says NO! GOP, the party of grifters.
Disregard the Right-Wing, the economy is fine. Corporate greed is direct cause of its hiccups. Former Republican Joe Scarborough calls out GOP: Party of grifters. Sinema facilitates Trump's next coup.

Notes
Once again the poor and the lower-middle-class have been left behind. We know that millions of poor and lower-middle-class Republicans consistently vote against their economic interest. The narrative that those ‘other’ people are taking away their birthright is effective. It is only effective because we allow their media and institution to make us a caricature, a dysfunctional bunch. Yes, projection is in effect.
The fact is that we are partially to blame. We have ceded rural America and with that a large economic, ally. Republican politicians are getting their own killed by objecting to policies that keep their hospitals open or giving them basic healthcare, education, or family support. It’s easy to say that they are immutable in their positions. I refuse to believe that. I believe there are other dynamics at play in both major parties. When my well-received book “It’s Worth It: How to Talk to Your Right-Wing Relatives Friends and Neighbors,” shipped, I was surprised at how many of my Right-Wing friends and Conservatives liked it. My Progressive friends were skeptical until they read the story of the Conservative woman who engaged me and came up with Medicare for All as her solution for our healthcare system. Of course, we never used that word during our initial discourse.
I bring this up because Sinema and Manchin proved that the solution is not coming from the mythical center as we see clearly that the policies they block put our democracy and personal economies in danger. The solution must be bottom-up. We-the-people must take personal responsibility in our Democracy and economy first by engaging all on a human platform. And second, we cannot allow the destructive narrative that claims Democrats are depressing their own vote. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy that makes no sense. The failure of Manchin and Sinema to support the poor, lower-middle-class, and Democracy even as they are from poor states should be a catalyst to vote even more ensuring that the right people are elected and that the obstructionists are removed. And that is why I do what I do. We have got to empower, eradicate, empower, and encourage all to vote in their interests.Politics Done Right airs two days a week on KPFT 90.1 FM Houston (kpft.org) on Thursdays at Noon Central and on Fridays at 11:00 AM Central. HOME RUN! Joe Biden neuters
Ron Insana provides an objective explanation about President Biden's economy. It turns out it is in great shape.
Ron Insana, in very simple terms, points out that the economy is in good shape.
"If you go back to Christmas where everybody thought no goods would be delivered and we just get lumps of coal," Ron Insani said. "Instead we had the strongest holiday shopping season in 17 years. So we're seeing more and more those issues get resolved and I think as we move through 2022 relative to the cost of goods last year, which was depressed by the pandemic, we'll see more flattening out of those increases. And in my estimation, and I'm not among many who say this, I do think inflation is going to come down pretty hard this year particularly in the goods sector where again we've seen those big jumps relative to the last couple of years that were affected by the pandemic. And I think we'll see much more normal price activity going forward."
Insana would go on to say that the real inflation given wage increases is about 1%.
"Wages have gone up about six percent so the real loss of purchasing power is close to one percent rather than the seven percent inflation number that everybody talks about," Insani said. "So wages have gone up. The economy's strong. Employment is strong and I think this temporary increase in inflation will, as the fed used to say, prove transitory. And I think people will find that their purchasing power will get stronger as the year goes on."
It is important that we understand what is occurring in the economy today.

Have this on the tip of your tongue to defend Biden’s economy from Right-Wing liars.
A Right-Wing listener had a litany of gripes about Joe Biden's economy. I was ready as we all should be.
I cherish all of the listeners of my program. I don’t appease anyone, whether left, right, or Right-Wing. Somehow, I continue to have a high percentage of Right-Wingers and just a few trolls.
Today one of my Conservatives-turned-right-winger thought he had just the right question for me. It was right out of Fox News, NewsMax, or OAN ‘s modus operandi. But I am always ready for these types of questions.
Before talking about his question, it is essential to know that Biden's economy is doing just fine. CNBC’s Ron Insana said the following recently.
"Wages have gone up about six percent, so the real loss of purchasing power is close to one percent rather than the seven percent inflation number that everybody talks about," Insani said. "So wages have gone up—the economy's strong. Employment is strong, and I think this temporary increase in inflation will, as the fed used to say, prove transitory. And I think people will find that their purchasing power will get stronger as the year goes on."
My listener attempted to put inflation, supply chain disruption, oil prices, and much more on Biden’s back. But I was ready. We should all have this narrative ready for these cookie-cutter attacks.

Kyrsten Sinema: Her willfully naive Senate floor speech vs. when she had common sense on GOP obstruction.
Kyrsten Sinema went onto the Senate floor with a willfully naive speech filled with empty platitudes claiming she supports voting rights. She is unwilling to eliminate the undemocratic filibuster to pass a voting rights bill.
Kyrsten Sinema betrayed her constituents and America today. Sinema preempted President Biden's visit to the Capitol with a speech that a wide-eyed fourth grader could have written. The platitudes in her remarks were nauseating.
Senator Chris Murphy called out both Sinema and Joe Manchin.
"My colleagues who say they want the filibuster to preserve the traditions of the Senate," Murphy continued. "May, be cutting off their nose to their face because the Senate might not be around five years from now."
Why would Sinema show disrespect to the President of her Party? Would it be difficult to delay her speech till after the President left? This woman is intent on embarrassing the President. Instead, though, she is embarrassing herself as a puppet to the plutocracy.
While Republicans are using their simple majorities in state Legislatures to invoke voter suppression, Sinema and Manchin want super-majorities to maintain voter rights and with that democracy. It is unforgivable.
In earlier days, when her common sense superseded her quest for donor-dollar-profiteering. Sinema then slammed Joe Liebermann as she supported reconciliation. She had no problem passing legislation with a simple 51 vote majority. She celebrated Republicans' success passing bills even though they never had a filibuster-proof majority.
Sinema sold out the people that sent her to Congress. Worse, if they cannot fight through the Republican-inflicted voter suppression, she will have traded her willful naiveness to eliminate democracy itself.
Morning Joe on Republican politicians & GOP ‘Grifters’ like Trump. It’s a ‘PTL Club Scheme.’
Joe Scarborough did not mince his words as to what Republican politicians ripping off their base and what the GOP has become.
Joe Scarborough used the grilling that Rand Paul and other Republican hacks gave to Anthony Fauci to point out the unfortunate truth about Republican politicians and the GOP. To be clear, Anthony Fauci fought back and exposed the Republicans by making them look ill-informed and disingenuous.
"They are all grifters," Joe Scarborough said. "It is hard to be a lot of people who have been a target of these sort of attacks, doctor Fauci, one of them. ... It comes down at the end of the day, people just being grifters. We are getting more and more evidence of that as more and more text messages are leaking. People say one thing on television and they say something else off television. ... People are using this to raise money."'
Joe went on to say they are also using the conspiracy type attacked to get clicks and bring traffic to their networks. He said that the Stop-The-Steal fiasco was but a million-dollar scam.
But there is more. Scarborough referenced a Washington Post article that spoke about Republican scammers fighting each other over their slice of the pie, the portion of the Republican base to rip off. Scarborough calls the grift the PTL Club Scheme.
