I am leery about this entire discussion. Right from the start, it implies they're wrong and we're right. The whole mindset is skewed from the get-go. Empathy, yes, good. I see the desire or objective to "change someone's mind" as a moral hazard. It's still divisive. On the other hand, what can we agree on? What do *you* want? Ah, I want that too! I just see it from a diff perspective.
